Senior doctor says she has never seen it "so tough" at A&Es

President of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine Dr Katherine Henderson says hospital A&Es are "running out of resilience" as the NHS reported record levels of treatment backlogs in England. Doctor Henderson also says abuse and violence towards NHS staff has increased and appeals for patients to be "kindly" to hospital workers.
