Semi-Truck Narrowly Misses Police Cruiser on Icy Wisconsin Highway
Dramatic footage captured the moment a semi-trailer truck narrowly avoided striking a police patrol car on the I-41 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, earlier this month.
The video was released by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office in a warning to motorists to slow down, especially around emergency vehicles.
The video shows two trucks losing control on an icy stretch of the highway. The first skids off the road. The second passes by, and struggles to keep control on a bend near to where a patrol car is parked. Its trailer swings out, narrowly missing the patrol car and another vehicle.
