Selling Sunset's Heather Rae Young is making moves. The 33-year-old real estate-agent-turned-reality star is leaving the Oppenheim Group's Hollywood office to work in a brand new location much closer to home.

Jason Oppenheim, the president and founder of the Oppenheim Group, recently told Fox News that he had picked Young to launch a new office for the brokerage in Newport Beach, California. This second location is approximately an hour south of the Sunset Boulevard office seen on the show.

"Heather is going to be working out of that office and my best friend is going to be managing the office," Oppenheim confirmed to the outlet, noting that the deal isn't final yet; however, things are already looking bright. "The office that we're looking at is insane. I mean, it's insane. So hopefully I'll be signing the lease soon," Oppenheim said.

The real estate mogul noted that the brokerage has been “getting a lot more listings” in that area and it felt like it was "the next area for us to expand."

As for why Oppenheim chose Young to commandeer this operation, the fact that she currently lives in Newport Beach (with fiancé Tarek El Moussa) most likely played a role. "I go down to Orange County and see Tarek and Heather a lot," he said, continuing to explain that he had also become close with Young's husband-to-be. "Tarek has become a friend to us and a part of the family. And I do hope that that is presented on the show too."

While Oppenheim doesn't comment on whether Young's move to this new office will affect her role on the hit Netflix series, his hope that El Moussa will snag some screen time in season four leads us to believe that Young will still be making regular appearances.

Furthermore, if you’re curious about who Oppenheim’s "best friend" is that will be managing this new office, we did a little digging. Fortunately, the Oppenheim Group Team Page is kept very up to date.

Meet Matthew Peters, whose bio does in fact state that he is the managing broker of the Newport Beach office. As Oppenheim elaborated, Peters is his best friend from high school who also lives in the Orange County town. He noted that he "is very smart, very trustworthy, [and] he's been in real estate for many years." Peter's willingness to manage the new office was a huge factor in the Group's decision to expand, Oppenheim revealed.

Other updates to the Oppenheim Group Team Page include the removal of Oppenheim's twin brother, Brett, and Davina Potratz, who have both left the brokerage for different reasons since season 3 wrapped.

"It's been a long time coming because we've been very careful about expanding but this is the right move for us," said Oppenheim. "This is the right location." Here's everything we know about Selling Sunset season 4 so far.
