From Harper's BAZAAR

Season 2 of Selling Sunset hit Netflix right in the middle of quarantine, and many of us binged every new episode in one sitting and have zero regrets about it. Luckily, Season 3 has now dropped on the streaming service too.

Here's what we know about Selling Sunset's third season.

Christine Quinn blames producers for Chrishell Stause feud.

Appearing on the Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, Christine Quinn suggested that her ongoing feud with Chrishell Stause was, in part, manufactured by Selling Sunset producers. Quinn explained, "From day one, obviously the producers had certain things in mind. They wanted us to clash obviously."

"At first, we didn’t. We got along great. We were friends. She was at my house. We were drinking, having a good time," Quinn claimed. "I was getting to know her and then the storylines came into play."

However, as time went on, it apparently became more difficult to separate show storylines from reality. "We thought that we were good at separating things," Quinn revealed. "Then we realized, 'Oh shit! This is affecting our real lives.' I never wanted to fight with her."

As for whether she's going to stop talking about Stause's divorce from Justin Hartley, Quinn told Glanville, "When people are like, 'Oh my god! I can’t believe you commented on Chrishell’s divorce.' I’m like, 'Yeah, of course. I’m getting paid to! What do you mean?'"

Chrishell Stause finds out by text that her husband, Justin Hartley, filed for divorce.

One of the most heartbreaking aspects of Selling Sunset Season 3 was always going to be Chrishell Stause's shocking split from her husband, This Is Us star Justin Hartley. And as Season 3 has revealed, Hartley completely surprised his wife by filing for divorce—and sending her a text message after he'd done so.

In an emotional moment, Stause opened up to fellow Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald about what happened. Fitzgerald asked her, "How did you find out? Did he, like, just come talk to you out of the blue, or what?"

Crying, Stause replied, "I found out because he text me … that we were filed."

Seconds after that, she said, "Forty-five minutes later, the world knew."

In November 2019, Hartley filed for divorce from his wife of two years. It was quickly revealed that Stause was blindsided by the divorce proceedings, with a source telling People, "There are so many things that she doesn't understand. They don't even agree on their separation date. It's just a strange situation."

Although Hartley was barely mentioned in Season 2 of Selling Sunset, the Season 3 teaser suggested that Stause's separation would play a big role in new episodes. In a heartbreaking scene shown after the Season 2 finale, Stause was seen crying while speaking with Fitzgerald. Stause explained, "It’s just a lot all at once because the whole world knows. I love him so much. This was my best friend. Who do I talk to now?"

Chrishell isn't wild about the divorce coverage.

The day that the new Selling Sunset Season 3 trailer dropped, Stause shared a much shorter clip on Instagram, which notably didn't feature any mention of her divorce from Hartley. She captioned the video, "There is a much more dramatic trailer but I am gonna zip into my 'leave me the F alone bubble' and focus on all the hard work we put into the sale of these stunning homes. 👍🏼🤷🏻♀️"

In the full-length trailer, following the bombshell that Hartley had filed for divorce, costar Christine Quinn said, "I really want to be excited for my wedding but, obviously, it's overshadowed by Chrishell's divorce."

Meanwhile, fellow agent Davina Potratz could be heard asking Stause, "Obviously, Justin has his own side, right?" Understandably upset by the comment, Stause walked off, announcing, "I don't want to do this anymore."

Finally, referencing the dramatic way in which Hartley filed for divorce, blindsiding his wife, Stause explained, "The crazy way this went down, people want answers. I want answers."

Christine's wedding was filmed for Selling Sunset Season 3.

While Fitzgerald's wedding to Romain Bonnet was an important part of Season 2, Quinn's wedding to Christian Richard is a major focal point of Season 3. Quinn tied the knot on December 15, 2019, in what People described as "a gothic winter wonderland-themed wedding at a downtown Los Angeles cathedral." In many ways, Quinn and Richard's nuptials might remind you of Avril Lavigne's wedding to Chad Kroeger.

With the release of Season 3 on Netflix today, Quinn revealed to People that she was unhappy with how her wedding was shown on the series. "I was a little disappointed. It just didn't really showcase the way that it was," she explained. As for why, Quinn elaborated, "The wedding was the best day of my life and it was hard for me to watch it on the television show because that's not really the way that I remember it."

It would seem that certain other drama might have distracted from Quinn's special day on-screen. The real estate mogul revealed, "I understand they wanted to get certain storylines in there, but this was actually my day. This was my day, and I was just disappointed in the way it was perceived on camera and translated, unfortunately. I'm not going to lie, I was crying when I watched it. I was like, 'This is not my wedding, this is not my wedding.'"

Selling Sunset Season 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
