“Selling the OC'”s Alexandra Jarvis Has Officially Left the Oppenheim Group, Boss Jason Oppenheim Confirms
"She decided to do what's best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that," Oppenheim tells PEOPLE of Jarvis, who will appear on season 3, out May 3
Alexandra Jarvis has closed the door on her time at the Oppenheim Group.
The the 33-year-old real state agent has left her job at the Newport Beach, Calif. location of the luxury brokerage around which Selling the OC is focused, PEOPLE confirms.
Her former boss, Oppenheim Group cofounder and Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim, told PEOPLE on Wednesday, "I don't want to speak for Jarvis, but ... she decided to do what's best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that. ... We're still on good terms."
Jarvis's photo has not been featured on the Oppenheim Group's website, which lists every member of the team at the Newport Beach office, for several weeks. The Daily Mail was first to report on the departure.
Jarvis is the third member of the cast to depart the O Group since October 2023, when cast member Tyler Stanaland confirmed to PEOPLE that he was leaving Jason and Brett Oppenheim's company to join his father at Douglas Elliman as a member of the John Stanaland Group.
"My decision to leave the Oppenheim Group is about making the best decision for my clients and my career,” Tyler said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time. “I’m excited about this new chapter and to be working alongside family again.”
Troubles in Tyler's marriage to Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow were alluded to on season 1 of the real estate docu-drama. The former couple split less than a month after the first season premiered in August 2022.
Sean Palmieri confirmed his departure from the O Group a month after Tyler, in November 2023.
