Snow blanketed Bedford — a suburb of Halifax, Nova Scotia — on Tuesday, April 28, as weather reports warned the area could receive 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 cm) of snow throughout the day.
Halifax Stanfield International Airport recorded 3.2 cm of snow on Monday, April 27, making it the third snowiest on that day since record keeping began, reports said.
