Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sex trafficking and sexual assault in lawsuit by former adult film actress

Adria English's suit is the ninth to be filed against the embattled music mogul, who has denied the allegations via his attorney.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with yet another lawsuit alleging sexual trafficking and sexual assault.

In the suit filed Wednesday in New York and obtained by Entertainment Weekly, former adult film star Adria English accused Combs of forcing her to engage in prostitution and sex work with guests during his infamous "white parties," held annually at his homes across New York and Miami.

English alleges the offenses occurred between 2006 and 2009. She also claims that she was forced to take narcotics and was "unable to recall details" from the Miami-set parties "due to the increased demand" that she "engage in illicit narcotics and alcohol use while employed" under Combs.

Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., as well as Vibe Magazine and Penske Media Corporation, among others, are also listed on the suit for allegedly facilitating the parties.

Combs' attorney Jonathan Davis called the allegations "baseless" in a statement issued to Entertainment Weekly.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone," Davis said. "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

English's lawsuit is the ninth to be filed against the embattled music mogul alleging sexual assault since late last year, when ex-girlfriend and R&B singer Cassie Ventura accused Combs of rape and years of control and physical abuse. Combs has denied all of the allegations against him. In May, CNN obtained surveillance footage from 2016 that showed Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway. In response, Combs issued an apology video on social media.
