Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of rape by woman who tied him to Tupac Shakur murder

Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by a woman who claims she was gang-raped after saying she believed the embattled music mogul had something to do with the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.

Ashley Parham alleges in her civil suit that her first encounter with Combs came in 2018 when a friend of Diddy’s she met in a bar connected them via FaceTime on his phone.

According to TMZ, Parham claims she was unimpressed by being introduced to the Harlem native, and that’s when she told Combs she suspected him of being linked to the shooting of Shakur. Parham says Combs warned her he would make her “pay” for her accusation.

A month later, Parham says she went to the California home of the man she met at the bar. Soon after, Combs showed up armed with a knife that he held to her face, according to the suit.

Combs allegedly taunted his accuser and said he would give her a “Glasgow smile” in retaliation for her comments. According to Parham, Combs’ assistant, Kristina Khorram, was also present and convinced her boss not to cut her face because they’d be able to “sell” Parham into prostitution if she appeared unscathed.

Parham’s lawsuit claims Combs instead undressed his accuser, covered her in a liquid substance and then began a violent sexual assault involving a remote control. He also raped her anally and told two other men in the house to do the same, she says.

Parham recalls being left limp in the home while Combs and his alleged accomplices stepped outside to smoke. When Parham managed to get herself on her feet, she says she grabbed a knife and tried to escape, but had to get past Combs to reach the exit.

According to Parham, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper was surprised to see her moving so quickly after the alleged rape because he’d given her “enough drugs to take out a horse.”

Parham claims Combs then offered her money and threatened to hurt her family if she reported the incident to law enforcement. Combs allegedly told her he’d gotten away with bigger crimes, which others at the house interpreted to mean the killing of Shakur. One of the men with Combs became angry at the suggestion, according to the suit, and fired a shot that sent Combs running.

According to Parham, she chased her alleged rapist with the knife in her hand. When she threatened to stab him, he begged for mercy, she says. When she came to her senses and tried to leave again, Parham claims Combs tried to stop her and she grazed his abdomen with the blade.

In the documents, Parham says she reported the incident to three different law enforcement agencies but, as far as she knows, none of them investigated her claims.

Lawyers for Combs told TMZ the recent slew of lawsuits against their 54-year-old client since he was charged with sex trafficking last month include claims “spanning from the false to outright absurd.” They reportedly worry he’ll have a hard time getting a fair trial if highly publicized accusations against him persist.

In the past two weeks alone, Combs has been accused of multiple rapes and sexual assaults, including one involving a 16-year-old boy at one of his infamous Hamptons parties.

The Bad Boy Records founder is set to head to trial for the sex trafficking case in May, and feds said he could face more charges in the meantime.
