A Perth-based diver and videographer shared an adorable moment with a sea lion, posting footage of the marine animal’s “puppy dog eyes” to Instagram on July 4.

Dylan deHaas recorded the sea lion engaging with him, captioning the footage as “proof” that sea lions can give “puppy dog eyes” just as well as their counterparts on land.
