Sandbags and Streams as Flash Flooding Hits Cedar City

Flash flooding hit Cedar City in Utah on July 29, after a hazardous weather warning was issued for multiple counties across the state.

Footage shows several inches of water covering streets and locals stacking sandbags to prevent damage.
