Russian Actress and Director Blast Off to Film Movie in Space

A rocket carrying an actress and a film director working on the first feature film to include scenes shot in space was launched to the International Space Station from Kazakhstan on October 5.

Cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov accompanied actress Yulia Peresild and director Klim Shipenko on the Soyuz MS-19 rocket for the journey, which will see them spend 12 days aboard the space station filming scenes for their film, titled The Challenge.
