Russia 'violated' promised truce at Mariupol plant: Ukraine commander

Russia "violated" a truce it had promised at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol, Ukrainian commander Svyatoslav Palamar says in a video posted on Telegram, adding that Russians "broke into the territory of the plant three days ago". The Russian army had on Wednesday announced a three-day ceasefire at the Azovstal plant, saying it would allow civilians to leave, with the Kremlin claiming earlier on Thursday that humanitarian corridors were "functioning."
