- The Hype House recently moved out of their LA mansion and into a bigger space.
- Two members of the Sway House announced last week that they're taking a hiatus.
- Now there are rumors that the two houses are going to join forces and become the Swype House.
There are a lot of moving parts in the TikTok house community. The Hype House just moved, the Sway House is losing members, and the lines between the two continue to get more and more blurred. It makes sense then, that some people think a big change is coming, and the two houses are going to join together to create a mega content house called the Swype House.
It sounds crazy, but it may just be true, and I mean, all of the evidence is there. The two groups have been spending a lot of time together recently. Over the weekend, Bryce Hall tweeted that he was "a hype house member now," though he quickly clarified, writing, "I'm just kidding #swayforlife all love to the hype house tho."

The tweets came after Bryce seemingly spent the weekend at the Hype House, posting multiple TikToks with the members.
Speaking of the Hype House, as you probably know, they moved recently, citing new opportunities and new members as the reason for needing more space. Hm, could those new members be the Sway Boys?? The Hype House also recently unfollowed everyone on Instagram and TikTok. Many have been trying to figure out the reasoning behind this. It could be because they're about to add a group of guys to their ranks and they didn't want to give anything away by following their accounts prematurely.
It would make sense for the Sway Boys to want to join forces with the Hype House. They just lost two members with Jaden Hossler and Josh Richards going on a hiatus. Plus, they've had some issues with their neighbors recently, with the New York Times publishing a piece about how the Sway Boys have wrecked some havoc in their Bel Air neighborhood, so they may be looking for new digs.
Rumors of the Swype House have been going around for a while now, but they've picked up a lot more recently. This is partly thanks to members of the houses, like Addison Rae, who commented on a TikTok of her and Bryce, "swype house vibes."
Of course, it could all just be a joke, but I'm holding out hope. Swype House would be iconic.
