Route Fire in LA County Grows to Over 4,000 Acres
The Route Fire near Castaic Lake in Los Angeles County grew to approximately 4,625 acres on Wednesday, August 31, according to the Fire Integrated Real Time Intelligence System (FIRIS).

Left side of the screen, head of the fire and Templin Highway not far from the head of the fire now. Scrolling down a bit, you'll see interstate five, most of the activity being on the far north end of the fire. Continuing off to the right of the screen back towards the origin, some structure threat, areas of concern back there being addressed by incident personnel now. End recording.
