Rome eerily quiet after curfew

Italy has been split into three tiers, red (high risk), orange (medium risk) and yellow (low risk) zones.

In the critically affected red zones, bars, restaurants and most shops are required to close, but are allowed to offer takeaway services. Teaching must be held online for the final two years of middle school as well as high school, while factories are allowed to remain open. In these zones people are only allowed to leave their homes for work, health reasons or emergencies.
