Rochester Airport Crews De-Ice Planes During East Coast Winter Storm

A winter storm watch was issued for areas northeast of the Great Lakes on Monday, January 3, as the National Weather Service warned of the potential for more than nine inches of snow and whiteout conditions due to strong winds.

Footage filmed by Joseph Frascati, who said it was taken in Rochester, New York, shows snowy runways where airport crews were seen de-icing planes.
