Rishi Sunak says he didn't break the ministerial code

Chancellor Rishi Sunak tells ITV News he did not break the ministerial code over Partygate, despite a suggestion from Prime Minister Boris Johnson's former ethics adviser that being fined by police could constitute a breach. Asked by Deputy Political Editor Anushka Asthana whether he thinks he may have broken the code, Mr Sunak says: "The ultimate arbiter of the ministerial code is the prime minister.
