Residents Cut Off After Flooded Creek Washes Away Road in Soquel, California

Crews worked for 24 hours straight to reopen part of Main Street in Soquel, California, after a flooded creek washed away a section of it on Friday, March 10, the County of Santa Cruz said.

The washout, which occurred following an overnight storm, cut off 450 homes from the city, county officials said.
