Rescued Miniature Horse With Malformed Legs Bonds With Caregiver's Dogs

A rescued miniature horse that’s both deaf and was born with malformed legs has formed an adorable bond with his caregiver’s dogs.

Faith San Severino of Bonsall, California, has been documenting the story of the horse, who she named Peabody, in a series of heartwarming videos on her Faithful Friends Mini Horses TikTok account.

This footage shows Peabody’s budding kinship with San Severino’s French bulldogs.

San Severino adopted Peabody when he was four days old, and she told Storyful the horse was nearly “put down” because of his condition.

Although the mini horse requires special shoes to help him walk, he was galloping by day 12 of his rehabilitation. TikTok users certainly seem to be invested in his journey, with the Faithful Friends Mini Horses account amassing over 22.1 million likes at the time of writing.
