Rescue Operation Underway at Building Damaged by Shelling in Sloviansk

A three-story residential building was damaged by overnight shelling on Sloviansk in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, the city’s military-civilian administration said on Wednesday, September 7.

The Sloviansk military-civilian administration, citing internal affairs chief Vadim Lyah, said rescue work was ongoing and that some people were thought to be under the rubble.

Video released by the administration shows the destruction.
