Rescue Efforts Continue in the Philippines Following Typhoon Vamco

Recovery and cleanup efforts continued in the Philippines on November 13, after flooding from Typhoon Vamco displaced around 350,000 people and left at least 39 dead.

This footage was shared by the Philippine Coast Guard and shows someone being rescued in “neck deep” water on November 12 in Marikina, one of the worst-hit areas of Metro Manila.
