Reports of Multiple Injuries After Large Explosion at Metal Plant in Ohio
Multiple people were taken to hospital after an explosion sparked a fire at a metals plant in Bedford, Ohio, on February 20, fire authorities said.
In a press conference, Fire Captain Brian DiRocco said 14 people were injured in the explosion at I. Schumann & Co, 13 of whom were transferred to hospital with at least one person in critical condition.
DiRocco said there were several burn injuries and that the cause of the explosion was under investigation.
