John is just the sweetest man. He has been our regular since we opened almost four years ago. His wife passed away a year ago, and he lives just a few houses away from our cafe. Our cafe is situated in Grangecon, a little village in West Wicklow. John doesn't drive, but he loves company. He visits us every day for breakfast! He loves chatting with the customers and telling us about his life stories. He lives alone, so having the cafe so close is everything to him. He dresses up in his suit and tie and looks smart every day.
