It's officially over between Lisa Hochstein and her ex Lenny Hochstein.

The former couple’s divorce has been finalized after 13 years of marriage, PEOPLE confirms. According to court documents, a judge signed off on the case on Nov. 15, declaring the pair legally single.

Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their two kids — son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle, 3 — and $10,000 per month for Elle once Logan turns 18. Lenny and Lisa were also ordered to follow a marital settlement agreement from June 2023 and a parenting plan they created on Nov. 4, 2024.

The news was first announced by Lisa's Real Housewives of Miami costar Adriana de Moura at the 2024 Bravo Fan Fest on Nov. 23 during the "Bravo Besties" panel.

The settlement comes two years after the pair confirmed their split and Lenny filed for divorce from the RHOM star in May 2022 citing "irreconcilable differences.”

According to the filing, Lenny and Lisa signed a prenuptial agreement before they wed in 2009, and, per the terms, Lenny will pay spousal support to Lisa. Lenny also stated that he will "fully provide for all of the children's needs" and added he'd like "frequent time-sharing" of the children.

Shortly after announcing their divorce, Lenny confirmed to PEOPLE he had entered a relationship with model Katharina Mazepa but denied their relationship began before his marriage to Lisa had ended.

"Nothing happened between [Katharina and I] until [Lisa and I] decided on the divorce," he said, "and Lisa was aware of my plans before anything happened between Katharina and myself."

In August, Lisa filed court documents alleging that she was being "financially strangled" by Lenny. The papers claimed Lenny "retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds" whenever she "does not acquiesce to each and every one of [his] demands" in the midst of their divorce, according to the documents obtained by Page Six. (PEOPLE confirmed the documents' content with Lisa's team.) Lenny denied the claims.

Just hours after Lisa's claims of financial strangulation were filed, Katharina filed a restraining order against Lisa. The restraining order, confirmed by PEOPLE, accused Lisa of "making threatening phone calls, creating fake social media accounts and posting threatening and false statements." Lisa denied the allegations.

In December, Lisa reflected on how she felt after Lenny told her that their marriage was ending, telling PEOPLE, "It was a knife to the heart. My life changed completely in the blink of an eye — and I didn't see it coming whatsoever."

The former couple were in the middle of filming RHOM's fifth season when cameras caught the before and after of Lenny's decision.

"I still can't wrap my brain around the day he told me he wanted out," she recalled. "We were sleeping in the same bed for the last 15 years up until that day he dropped the bomb on me. And now, suddenly, he wanted out? I felt so blindsided."

"That night he told me, I did everything I could to save my family," she added. "I was crying, devastated, trying to talk him out of it, trying to ask him if we could go to therapy. What could we do? How can we change this? I was desperate — fighting the fight of my life. Hoping that he would come around and just wake up. I would have done whatever it took. But with a powerful man like Lenny, my journey felt like David and Goliath."

However, he denied her claims of their split coming as a surprise, telling PEOPLE, "I've never hidden anything from Lisa. She was not blindsided by this, that's completely false.”
