National Geographic's highly anticipated four-week event, which has been running for over ten years, will kick off on June 30 with a celebrity special. Overall, SharkFest 2024 will debut 26 hours of original and enhanced programming throughout its four weeks.

How do I watch Sharkfest 2024?

Sharkfest shows will air across Nat Geo, Nat Geo WILD, Nat Geo Mundo, and ESPN2. Sharkfest 2024 content will also be available to stream on Hulu and Disney+. Additionally, Sharkfest content from years past will be available for free on ABC and Nat Geo TV apps, and a 24/7 live stream of SharkFest 2023 content will be available to stream on YouTube.

What celebrities are in Sharkfest 2024?

Sharkfest is kicking off with a superhero this year. Sharkfest 2024 will start on the evening of June 30 with Shark Beach with Anthony Mackie: Gulf Coast. For the show, the Marvel actor, who also serves as executive producer of the hour-long special, travels around the waters near his hometown of New Orleans to learn more about how to support shark conservation and the livelihoods of the city's fishermen.

What new shows are on Sharkfest 2024?

Along with Shark Beach with Anthony Mackie: Gulf Coast, Sharkfest 2024 will include hours of new content, including Shark vs. Ross Edgley — a show about the ultra-athlete encountering four different types of sharks premiering June 30 at 10 p.m./9 p.m. CST — and Baby Sharks in the City, a look at the great white shark nursery found right outside New York City which will premiere on July 2 at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CST.
