A line of thunderstorms hit several municipalities in Catalonia, Spain, on August 31, according to the Meteorological Service of Catalonia.
This footage shows tourists on a wet and windy boat ride near Barcelona.
Later on Wednesday, the weather service said storms were moving off into the sea, having dumped 31.2 mm (1.2 inches) of rain on Falset.
