Rain and wind causes havoc at Vietnamese market as tornado sweeps through area

Heavy rains and strong winds caused havoc in a marketplace in Hue, Vietnam, as a tornado swept through the area. Roofs and stalls were blown over by the gale-force winds as traders attempted to protect their stalls. According to eyewitnesses, the tornado lasted for more than 15 minutes and no one was injured.
