Raging Ellenborough Falls Amid Torrential Rain in New South Wales

The Ellenborough Falls near Elands, New South Wales, were in full force on March 19 after heavy rainfall swept through the region.

Video footage recorded by Chris Sheed shows the raging waterfalls.

“The weather situation in NSW tonight remains volatile, dangerous & dynamic,” the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) said on March 20.

A severe weather warning was in place for many parts of NSW, forecasting very heavy rainfall, likely leading to flash flooding, for the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast, Hunter, Sydney Metropolitan, Illawarra, and Central Tablelands districts. Credit: Chris Sheed via Storyful
