Is Rachel Sennott In a Relationship? Everything She's Said About Her Romantic Life — and Her Recent Breakup
'Saturday Night' star Rachel Sennott has had one relationship in the public eye
Saturday Night star Rachel Sennott may be well known for playing a single teenager in Bottoms — the movie she co-wrote and starred in alongside Ayo Edebiri, Kaia Gerber and more young stars — but in real life she’s had more romantic ties.
Sennott made her name in the New York City open mic scene in her college years, before gaining more prominent acclaim through her film Shiva Baby, in which she played a bisexual Jewish sugar baby.
It was actually a boyfriend who first got her into comedy.
“As a freshman in college, I was dating this guy who said he was a stand-up, all he really did was open mics,” she told Forbes in 2020. According to the magazine, the relationship didn’t last, but it’s very clear that her love of performing did.
Since then, she dated fellow actor Logan Miller for several years. But while he’s shared various photos of himself and Sennott over the years on Instagram, the couple appear to have gone their separate ways.
So, who has Rachel Sennott dated? Here’s everything to know about her romantic life.
Sennott was introduced to stand-up comedy by a college boyfriend
Prior to her relationship with Miller, Sennott explained to Forbes in 2020 that she had gotten into comedy through a man she dated while studying at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
“As a freshman in college, I was dating this guy who said he was a stand-up, all he really did was open mics,” she told the magazine. “I went with him to an open mic. I didn’t know what stand-up was really, so I wasn’t afraid of it. I kept going because it was really fun."
She started dating actor Logan Miller in 2020
Sennott told Paper magazine in 2020 that she had been dating someone during the COVID-19 pandemic. While she didn’t specify who, Miller began posting photos with Sennott on Instagram in 2020.
Throughout their relationship, he continued to share photos of Sennott, as well as photos of him and her together.
In September 2021, on her birthday, Miller shared a series of photos with the caption, “Happy Birthday to the love, the queen, the G.O.A.T. The most beautiful soul I’ve met inside and out. Have an amazing day! 😘🤩🥳”.
In 2023, he sent her another birthday wish, marking the last time he posted about Sennott. “Happy Birthday to the Next Level Queen!! You’re an amazing human and I’m lucky to have you in my life!!! Love you!” he wrote.
Miller is an actor whose career began in his teen years. His first major movie debut was 2009’s Ghost of Girlfriends Past, which starred Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner. In the January that followed, the Disney XD comedy I’m in the Band premiered with Miller in the lead role.
Since then, he’s gone on to work on other popular projects like Love, Simon, Before I Fall and Escape Room, which also starred Taylor Russell.
In addition to acting, he is also passionate about music.
In a 2010 Fanlalatv interview, he explained, “I have been playing guitar for eight years. I love it ... Being able to play guitar on this show is so much fun because I get to mix my two loves — I get to mix acting and playing music, so it’s a total fit for me.”
She was open about the unique experience of dating during COVID-19 quarantine
While Sennott remains quiet on the specifics of who she’s dating, she’s not shy to talk about her experiences more broadly.
In a 2020 satirical advice article for Document Journal, Sennott wrote about how to get a partner during the COVID-19 pandemic: take hundreds of photos of yourself, select your guys and let romance build.
Later, in a 2020 interview with Paper, Sennott spoke about actually dating in quarantine. “Yeah, it's been really nice, and it happened naturally where I went on a couple of dates with a guy two weeks before everything happened. So, then we would Facetime when we were cooking dinner or something,” the actress explained.
However, she clarified that quarantine confines made things “weird” since she had "actually only seen [him] in real life twice or three times.”
Sennott seemingly revealed her breakup with Miller while promoting Saturday Night
In June 2024, Sennott posted a carousel of photos about her "brat summer," including a photo of Miller in a concert T-shirt.
A few months later, on the Saturday Night press tour, Sennott mentioned watching a movie with her ex-boyfriend's family, which, based on the timeline, led fans to believe she and Miller had broken up.
