Rachel McAdams and Boyfriend Jamie Linden Were 'Very Cuddly' on N.Y.C. Date Night (Exclusive Source)
Tony-nominee Rachel McAdams and Jamie Linden have been together since 2016
Rachel McAdams and boyfriend Jamie Linden were spotted on an affectionate night out together.
The actress, 45, and her longtime partner Linden, 43, were seen out with friends at the Rosevale Cocktail Room at CIVILIAN Hotel in New York City on May 9, a source tells PEOPLE.
The source says McAdams and Linden, who share two kids and have been together since 2016, were "very cuddly, happy and relaxed" during their visit to the Manhattan restaurant.
The pair were "just having laughs with their friends and enjoying their cocktails," the source adds. "Rachel was checking out some of the Broadway ephemera on display from last and present blockbusters."
McAdams' boyfriend Linden is a screenwriter, producer and director known for his work on movies like 2010's Dear John, 2011's 10 Years and 2016's Money Monster.
The couple began quietly dating in 2016 and have kept their relationship quiet over the years, even as they have welcomed two children: a son, born in 2018, and a daughter, born in 2020.

“I want to keep his life private, even if mine isn’t,” McAdams told the U.K.'s The Times in 2018, months after welcoming her son. “But I’m having more fun being a mom than I’ve ever had. Everything about it is interesting and exciting and inspiring to me. Even the tough days — there’s something delightful about them.”
McAdams is currently starring in her Broadway debut in the play Mary Jane. The actress is nominated for best performance by a leading actress in a play alongside Betsy Aidem (Prayer for the French Republic), Jessica Lange (Mother Play), Sarah Paulson (Appropriate) and Amy Ryan (Doubt: A Parable) at the upcoming 77th Tony Awards in June.

"I feel so honored to be here," she told PEOPLE in April immediately following her debut performance. "Broadway was something I'd always wanted to do, but felt really intimidated by. So to be standing on that stage feels like the completion of a longtime dream."
McAdams last appeared on the big screen in the 2023 film Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret. Meanwhile, Linden's IMDb profile lists one upcoming film for which he wrote the screenplay, Soundtrack of Silence.
