Puppy Takes Plunge Into Frozen Pond in Ontario

A man who had warned his dog that he would fall into a frozen pond in Guelph, Ontario, was proven correct when the puppy fell right into the water on December 5.

Adam Wright recorded the video, which shows Cash, a nine-month-old puppy, standing on a frozen pond on Wright’s property. Just as the little guy is warned that he’ll fall, the ice beneath him breaks.

Wright told Storyful that Cash was fine and that after the video ended, he went for another swim. “He’s a curious little guy who’s always trying new things,” Wright said.

Wright also said that as Cash grows, he is “learning not to walk on frozen ponds anymore!” Credit: Adam Wright via Storyful
