Protesters Scuffle With NYPD Outside City Hall at Close of Black Liberation March

A Black Liberation March over the Brooklyn Bridge to mark Martin Luther King Jr Day ended in scuffles with police on Monday, January 18, as seen in this video taken near New York’s City Hall.

Local media reported the New York Police Department made several arrests in relation to the protests in Lower Manhattan.
