Protest in Tacoma Following Incident Where Police Car Drove Into Crowd

Protesters gathered in Tacoma, Washington, on January 24, the day after a police vehicle drove into a crowd in the city, hitting at least one person.

This footage, shot by Brendan Gutenschwager and compiled by Storyful, shows protesters rattling the fence around the Pierce County Jail. In another location, a window is smashed, one of several incidents of property damage on the night.

Tacoma Police arrested two people they said were armed with knives and a handgun.
