Kate Middleton and Prince William's children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, were among the many people in the UK who participated in the viral "clap for the UK's National Health Service videos" paying tribute to NHS workers treating coronavirus victims. "To all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected by #COVID19: thank you," Kensington Palace's Instagram captioned the video. "#ClapForOurCarers #ClapForCarers #ThankYouNHS #ClapForNHS"

But fans couldn't help but notice a curious detail about Charlotte and Louis's outfits: Their parents had worn the exact same things before.

Charlotte, in her striped top and jeans, was dressed just like her mom Kate at the Gigaset Charity Polo Match in July 2015.

Louis, in his patterned blue bottom-up and navy sweater, looked just like William when he and Kate announced they were expecting their first child, Prince George in December 2012.

It isn't often that Kate and William give personal glimpses of their children, but it's the second time in the last week that they have shared new photos of them. On Mother's Day, Kensington Palace's Instagram posted a new shot of Kate and William with George and Charlotte in Norfolk for UK Mother's Day. The post also included a shot of the card George made Kate this year.

"To mothers new and old and families spending today together and apart—we are thinking of you all at this difficult time," the Kensington Palace team captioned the shot. "Happy Mother’s Day 🌷"
