Prince Charles attends eco-fashion event in Glasgow

Charles, the heir to the British throne, was shown the exhibition titled "Future of Fashion" at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow, Scotland where the United Nations COP26 climate change conference is taking place.

McCartney's eco-fashion line includes luxury items created from sustainable sources, such as lab-grown mushroom leather handbags and vegan football boots.

COP26 aims to keep alive a target of capping global warming at 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels - that is by no means certain to happen by the end of the summit on Nov. 12.
