Biden's Motorcade Heads to United Nations General Assembly
US President Joe Biden delivered remarks before the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Tuesday morning, September 19.
Video taken by US Ambassador to the United Nations for Management and Reform Chris Lu shows Biden’s motorcade driving through Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday morning, headed toward the UN building on the city’s east side.
In his remarks, Biden spoke about rekindling partnerships and focusing on continued international cooperation, saying, “Our past need not determine our future.”
