Prague city center illuminated by light show

The festival says it aims to bring spectators modern art and new technology with the city serving as a canvas, according to organizers.

Festival director Martin Posta said this edition of the festival was the first time augmented reality displays were available to spectators via a smartphone app.

Spectator Jan Patrman said he was impressed with what he saw as he scanned one of the installations with his smartphone. "I've never played with something like this before. It is beautiful," he said.
