Powerful winds downed trees across Melbourne amid a severe weather warning issued for parts of Victoria on October 29.
Gerald Bartels’s home security camera recorded the moment a tree trunk splits in two and crashes onto two parked cars in his front yard in the Melbourne suburb of Werribee.
The local Bureau of Meteorology recorded wind gusts as high as 143 km/h in parts of Victoria on Friday.
