Powerful Earthquake Causes Destruction on Greece's Samos Island

A powerful earthquake that leveled multiple buildings and killed at least four people in Turkey on October 30 also caused flooding and damaged buildings on the Greek island of Samos.

Turkish authorities placed the magnitude at 6.6 and recorded 33 aftershocks when the earthquake struck the country’s Aegean region.
