Officials closed freeways in Los Angeles area due to flooding on Saturday, February 25, as a storm passed through southwest California.

Video posted by Chezy Yusuf in the early morning hours of Saturday shows pouring rain falling as floodwater flows in the streets of Torrance, a city in the South Bay region of the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
