'My Poor Little Car': Resident Surveys Submerged Vehicles as Floodwaters Inundate St Louis Area

Floodwaters inundated the streets of St Louis, Missouri, on Tuesday, July 26, as flash flood warnings remained in effect in the area throughout the day, according to the National Weather Service.
