A police officer in North Kansas City, Missouri, struggled to put up road barricades amid high winds, as seen in street camera footage posted by officials on June 9.

The footage shows the officer attempting to block one side of a roadway with “Road Closed” barricades. But the wind thwarts his efforts again and again as the signs keep falling over and drifting away from where he placed them.
