Police Question Armed Demonstrator Outside Kenosha County Courthouse

People gathered outside the Kenosha County Courthouse on the second day of jury deliberations in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial on Wednesday morning, November 17.

Footage taken by Brendan Gutenschwager shows the scene outside the courthouse. According to Gutenschwager, a demonstrator armed with a rifle was asked for identification by police.

In the video, officers are heard telling the man that he cannot be within 1,000 feet of a school without a CCW, a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Officers lead the man away from cameras to note his personal information.
