Polar Bear Faceplants Into Snow on Wintry Day at Tacoma Zoo

A polar bear named Blizzard displayed its full affection for snowy conditions on February 13 at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in Tacoma, Washington.

“At 25 years old, polar bear Blizzard is having the best snow day ever,” the zoo wrote in a post to Facebook.

“Blizzard came to Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium as an orphaned cub in 1997. He had been separated from his mother as a cub near Churchill, Manitoba, and had no chance of survival alone in the wild,” the zoo told Storyful.
