If you're a Nintendo Switch owner, you've probably heard of one of the hottest new releases of 2022: Pokemon Legends Arceus, the latest addition to the mega-popular Pokemon game lineup.
Of course, like virtually all high-profile game releases, this one debuted with a pre-order price of $60. Even if you're able to score membership discounts at the likes of GameStop or Walmart, at best you might save around $10.
Have no fear, Discount Superman (a.k.a. me) is here. For a limited time, and while supplies last, Daily Steals will let you pre-order Pokemon Legends Arceus for Nintendo Switch for $45 shipped when you apply promo code SBDSPKMN at checkout. I haven't seen a better deal anywhere online; indeed, as noted, most stores are selling it for $60.
If you've never shopped at (or heard of) Daily Steals, rest easy: It's legit. The company has been around for years and often serves up some of the best prices anywhere (as is the case here).
Do note, however, that this is a preorder; it's not expected to ship until around Jan. 28.
Full disclosure: I know zip about these games. But here's a description from Nintendo:
Your adventure takes place in the expansive natural majesty of the Hisui region, where you are tasked with studying Pokémon to complete the region’s first Pokédex. Mount Coronet rises from the center, surrounded on all sides by areas with distinct environments. In this era—long before the events of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl games—you can find newly discovered Pokémon like Wyrdeer, an evolution of Stantler, and new regional forms like Hisuian Growlithe, Hisuian Zorua, and Hisuian Zoroark! Along the way, uncover the mystery surrounding the Mythical Pokémon known as Arceus.
Sound good? Then take advantage of this rare opportunity to save $15 on what's sure to be another bestseller.
