PlayStation fans rejoice! Ahead of Sony's annual Days of Play sale kicking off on Wednesday, June 3, various retailers have got in there early with some incredible savings on PS Plus and Now subscriptions.

As a reminder, PlayStation Plus is the membership that lets you play online and nets you at least two free games every month that you can add to your library and play for as long as you are subscribed. With the PlayStation 5 (hopefully) coming out this year, a Plus sub is a good way to start a collection right off the bat.

PlayStation Now is more of a Netflix-type thing. You can use your PS4 or a PC to stream games from the PS4, the PS3 and even the PS2, as well as download PS4 games to the console. There's a big collection of hundreds of titles, but be aware that some of the more recent, bigger titles cycle in and out of availability.

Normally a 12-month subscription to either service would set you back £50, but they are currently on sale for under £30. That's a whopping 40% saving, making it the best time to bump up your Plus subscription or finally give Now a try.

A range of PlayStation exclusive games are also on sale, as well as PlayStation VR, and we'll do a round up of those later, but it's safe to say there's enough to keep you busy until The Last of Us Part II.
