Pickup Drives Through Deep Water in Ormond Beach as Coastal Floods Hit Parts of Florida
A pickup truck was captured driving through coastal floodwater in Ormond Beach, Florida, on September 21, after a low pressure system brought “strong winds and heavy rain” to Volusia, Brevard and Flagler counties.
The National Weather Service had a coastal flood warning in place for much of Florida’s east coast on September 21.
Video posted by Instagram user @laurenml11_ shows the pickup driving through deep water, with its wheels fully submerged as it crosses over to drier land.
