SINGAPORE — Across the island, barber shops and hair salons saw good business as they re-opened on Tuesday (12 May) amid an easing of circuit breaker measures for certain businesses.

Also allowed to re-open were pet supplies stores, traditional Chinese medicine retailers and dessert shops. Here are some scenes from across the day.
