People travel on tractors and motorbikes despite floods in India's IT capital

This footage, filmed on September 6, shows the catastrophic situation in Bangalore, India, after heavier-than-usual rainfall caused severe flooding. The clip features images of people making their way through the flooded roads on their bicycles, motorbikes and even tractors. Despite the extreme weather conditions, the city seems heavily trafficked. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that such rains hasn't been recorded in at least 90 years. "All the tanks are full and are overflowing", he said.
