Pennsylvania National Guard Responds to Severe Flooding in Philadelphia

Emergency responders rescued and evacuated residents in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on September 1 after the Schuylkill River burst its banks and flooded the area amid torrential rainfall from post-tropical cyclone Ida.
